László Szécsényi (LL.M.)
László Szécsényi was born in Zalaegerszeg in 1968. He earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Pécs in 1992. He started his professional career at the Department of Civil Law in Pécs, then, he studied at the University of Marburg in Germany in 1992-93, completing his studies by earning his Master’s degree (LL.M.).
He passed his bar examinations in 1996, and then he became employed by the University of Vienna after teaching and doing research work for several years in Hungary. He worked in the Institute of Comparative Law of the Faculty of Law in Vienna for 2 years. He settled down in Budapest in 2001; he first headed the Hungarian office of Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati, then Schönherr’s from January 2008.
He authored innumerable studies and books; he is an acclaimed specialist of this field. His German and English are excellent.
Dániel Kellner (LL.M.)
Dániel Kellner was born in Budapest in 1980. After graduating from Toldy Ferenc Gimnázium [Toldy Ferenc Grammar School] in Budapest, he earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Pécs as a full-time student. Having spent one year of his studies at a German university, focusing on German private law and European public law, he earned his Master’s (LL.M.) from the University of Trier in 2004. He became a trainee attorney at the Szécsényi Law Office in 2004. In order to broaden his professional experience, he spent 6 months in the Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawatti Law Office in 2005. After passing his bar examinations in 2008, he started practicing as an attorney-at-law in close collaboration with the Szécsényi Law Office which is the partner of Schönherr Rechtsanwälte GmbH.
He specialised in the law of real property and construction. His working languages include English and German.
Balázs Vágvölgyi (LL.M.)
Balázs Vágvölgyi was born in Győr in 1983. He read law at the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest where he received his degree in 2007. During his university studies, he spent a term at the Faculty of Law of Universität Salzburg on an Erasmus scholarship, then he continued his studies at the Faculty of Law of Georg-August-Universität in Göttingen on a DAAD scholarship where he earned his Master’s degree (LL.M.) in 2008. He has been a trainee attorney since 2007, joined Szécsényi Law Firm in 2009, is a member of Szécsényi and Partners Law Firm. He speaks and works in English and German.
Miklós Molnár
Miklós Molnár was born in 1978, Budapest. Commenced his legal university studies in Gießen, Germany at the law faculty of Justus-Liebig Universität and lately obtained his law degree in Budapest, Eötvös Lóránd Science University, Law Faculty in 2008. During his university education he spent one academic semester at the law faculty of Universität Salzburg with Erasmus scholarship and also pursued studies with scholarship in Denmark for one semester.
In order to deepen his field of expertise he participated at the competition law program of the Pázmány Péter Catholic University yet as an associate. He took the bar exam in 2011, and started his career as an attorney joining to Szécsényi and Partners Law Firm. His main field of expertise is competition law and corporate law however besides to the above and related to the latter also active in matters related to labour law and data protection law. Working in English and German languages.
Patrik Polai (Mag. iur.)
Patrik Polai was born in Zalaegerszeg in 1985. He read law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Vienna in Austria where he received his degree in 2009. During his university studies, he spent one term at the Faculty of Law of the University of Leuven in Belgium (Erasmus-scholarship). After studying at the University of Pécs, he earned his Hungarian law degree by way of homologation in 2011. He has been a trainee attorney since 2011. He speaks German and English.
Péter Nagy (LL.M.)
Péter Nagy was born in Budapest in 1982. He studied law at the University of Pécs where he obtained his law degree in 2007. After finished his studies he started working as a trainee attorney at Jaczkovics law office in Budapest, than continued his career by working for the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations. In 2009 he decided to pursue his studies at the Universiteit von Tilburg, the Netherlands where he graduated in 2010 and earned his degree (LLM) as Master in International Business Law. He is fluent in english.

Janka Szabó
Janka Szabó was born in Budapest in 1987. She studied law at Pázmány Péter Catholic University, Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, where she graduated with ”praeclare” in 2011.
She received Fellowship of Republic twice. During her university studies, she spent one term at Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski in Poland with Erasmus-scholarship. From the second year of university until the fifth she worked as a legal trainee at Gősi Law Firm, besides she was a trainee at the Metropolitan Prosecutor’s Office and Sar and Partners Law Firm. Currently she is a PhD student at her university. She has been a trainee attorney since 2011. She speaks English and German.
Veronika Francis-Hegedűs (LL.M.)
Veronika Francis-Hegedűs was born in Szolnok in 1982. She graduated in law with a “cum laude” from the Faculty of Law of the University of Miskolc in 2006. After acquiring her degree she worked at Cserteg Law Firm as a trainee lawyer for a year. Due to her professional ambitions, in 2007 she continued her studies in London as a full-time student at the University College London, gaining a master’s degree (LLM) with merit in international commercial and public law in 2008. She then converted her Hungarian undergraduate law degree into a qualifying law degree with merit in the jurisdiction of England & Wales, at the University of Westminster, London in 2010. She speaks English on a near-native level and German conversationally.
Sinda Laura Mirzah
Sinda Laura Mirzah studied law at the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University, where she obtained her cum laude degree in 2011. During her university years she was legal trainee at Erdős & Partners Law Office as well as at Kölcsey-Rieden, Haslwanter & Partner Law Firm and she spent the compulsory university traineeship at the Department of International Organizations and Human Rights of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Hungary. Furthermore, she worked as legal trainee at the district administrative authority (Bezirkshauptmannschaft) in the city of Kitzbühel in Austria, besides she was legal intern at the Faculty of Law of the University of Passau in Germany, and at a human rights NGO called Kurdish Human Rights Project in London. She is fluent in English and German.
